The writer talks about the arrival of the Premier and sends her/his regards to the recipient via the Iranian ambassador in France. The writer describes her/his journey from Tehran, her/his stops in Hamadan and Kirmanshah due to illness, and his/her arrival in Baghdad. The writer describes her/his visit with the reader's son, Ahmad Khan the Colonel, in Kirmanshah and how he had expressed disappointment over the delay in receiving his father's letter.
